Share only what is needed

Please start with a non-confidential summary. Do not send tenant details, credentials, sensitive financial records or confidential building models before an appropriate sharing process is agreed. An enquiry alone does not establish a professional engagement or confidentiality agreement.

Hosting and other providers

This website is hosted on WordPress.com. Its provider may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. See the Automattic Privacy Policy. Email and external sites operate under their respective providers’ policies; this website does not promise exclusively Canadian data processing.

No public member-registration form, client-model upload, online checkout or private project-storage service is active on this version of the website. A project enquiry does not automatically add you to a marketing mailing list.

Professional and research scope

Website content is general information, not a project-specific design, certification, insurance assessment or financing commitment. Scope, responsibilities, assumptions, fees and deliverables are agreed before work begins. Read the professional-scope statement.

Academic research is not represented as a LUMIArchLab commercial client project. University references do not imply endorsement. Illustrative building imagery is labelled as a concept, not a completed project. Prototype demonstrations are not evidence of measured savings or approved compliance.
