1. Pilot status
The LumiArchLab website and LumiArch platform are currently provided as a pilot for evaluation and development and have not been officially launched. Features, information and functionality remain subject to testing, revision, interruption or withdrawal.
2. AI-generated information
All information and outputs provided through this pilot, including descriptions, analyses, estimates, recommendations, visualizations and reports, are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, unsupported statements or outdated information, even when presented with apparent confidence or precision. It must not be presumed to have been independently verified or approved by a qualified professional.
3. Independent verification before use
Users, including clients and their representatives, must independently verify the accuracy, completeness, currency, sources and suitability of all information and outputs before relying on them, presenting or delivering them to a client or any third party, or incorporating them into advice, drawings, specifications, estimates, reports, submissions or other deliverables. This obligation applies equally to design, permitting, procurement, construction and any professional or commercial decision.
Verification must be appropriate to the intended use and include checking applicable laws, building codes, standards, authoritative sources, project conditions, assumptions and calculations. Where required by law or the nature of the work, review and approval must be obtained from appropriately qualified and licensed professionals. Users remain responsible for their final decisions, deliverables and applicable professional, contractual and statutory obligations.
4. Professional scope and communication
Pilot content is provided for preliminary information and decision support. It does not constitute architectural, engineering, legal, code-compliance, financial or other professional advice, a certified or sealed deliverable, regulatory approval, or a guarantee of cost, performance or compliance. Access to the website or pilot does not, by itself, establish a professional engagement.
When sharing material derived from the pilot, users must communicate its AI-generated origin, pilot status and material limitations, and ensure that it has undergone the verification appropriate to its intended use.
5. Warranties, reliance and legal rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pilot content and functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without express or implied warranties as to accuracy, completeness, currency, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, LumiArchLab excludes liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on pilot information or outputs that have not been independently verified.
Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. This notice does not override the express terms of a separately executed written agreement with LumiArchLab.
