The full practice scope

From diagnosis
to a better detail.

Choose the studies your building needs. Each field has an evidence checklist, a work plan, named deliverables and a review gate. Advanced analyses are assigned to their appropriate simulation tools and specialists.

This release prepares scopes, local evidence inventories, reported-defect registers, preliminary worksheets, AI review task briefs and report packages. Generative AI document/image interpretation and the additional simulation engines are planned connections; their results are not shown as completed.

Working pilot / Scope & evidence planner

Start with your building.

Prepare your project brief, choose studies and identify the evidence needed for analysis. Files are read locally in this tab; they are not sent to LUMIArchLab or an AI service. Export your project before closing or reloading.

Delivery architecture

Every output has an owner.

Active in this pilot

Scope routing, adaptive input forms, local file hashes, IDF object inventories, reported-observation registers, dew-point and thermal screening, downloadable AI review briefs and project packages.

Analysis connections

Energy Studio is the energy-model handoff. Thermal, hygrothermal, daylight, acoustic, PV and LCA tools are separate planned integrations. No simulated result appears before a real run.

Professional release

Field observations, specialist studies and applicable Ontario requirements are confirmed by the responsible professionals. The workflow prepares evidence and drafting tasks; the accountable reviewer confirms and issues any required professional output.
