IN THE LAB / EXPERIMENTAL DEVELOPMENT
Building Decision Studio
A clearer conversation between building performance, carbon and cost.
What exists today.
A local browser-based prototype compares supplied annual energy, operational-carbon and financial inputs. Its demonstration scenarios are fictional, not client projects or verified savings.
The experimental AI Lab adds limited bilingual topic routing and source-linked explanatory templates, a planning-level cost worksheet and EnergyPlus error-log screening. It is not a custom-trained general-purpose language model.
What is still being developed.
Automated EnergyPlus execution, source-backed model comparisons, independently reviewed building benchmarks and optional generative-AI explanations remain separate development and validation tasks.
Full whole-building LCA, current tariff and cost databases, electrical-capacity assessment and programme-specific compliance are not established capabilities of this prototype.
Member access is not open yet.
Registration, email verification, private project storage and client-model uploads are not active on this website. We are not collecting project files through an untested login or public upload link.
For now, contact Sorour to discuss the prototype, a demonstration or a potential pilot. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
The next benchmark.
One authorized building model, reproducible simulation outputs and a limited set of reviewed alternatives. Then: traceable energy, carbon and cost comparisons with clear assumptions and limitations.
Our design principle: physics and explicit methods calculate; any future AI layer helps explain verified results. It must not invent performance, pricing or compliance claims.
